To help you undersand our process, to ensure you are trained and ready to provide great customer service, we have outlined below our "Road Map to Success":

  • Have each returning and new employee read and initial at bottom of employee handbook. Copy is found on the Web under “Employee Handbook”-Fully complete the employee information sheet
  • Complete Training Process recording daily/weekly progress and review on an ongoing basis for your functional area: P & P for F&B, Golf Shop and Guest Services
  • For all returning employees, re-entry performance review completed to ensure returning employees are fully aware of previous year’s performance
  • For all new employees after completion of 5 shifts- First review/coaching session Employee and Supervisor to complete Performance review separately
  • Meet with employee to discuss review. Come up with action plans to rectify any shortfalls in performance
  • For those underperforming after their initial review, a scheduled second review will occur after 10 shifts- Follow up meeting reviews to determine overall suitability for job
  • Complete training process
  • 25 Shifts (If required) - Formal review to assess progress to date and suitability for the remainder of working year
  • Exit reviews to be performed if employee is planning on returning the following season
